Unable to load a work?

Check your connection and try again. AO3 may be temporarily unavailable. Restricted works may need to be opened on the AO3 website.

Restore purchases

Open Account, select Companion Plus, then Restore purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase.

Cancel a subscription

Use Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Content controls

The app includes General and Teen-rated works and filters specified archive warnings. On Work Details, choose Block author to hide their works from discovery and your library. Manage blocked authors in Account.

Content and author enquiries

Fanworks are hosted by AO3 and belong to their authors. Use the original work page and AO3 support for content enquiries.

Report a work

Tell us which work is objectionable or incorrectly rated and why. You can also block its author from Work Details to hide their works immediately.
